The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was gorgeous. The location was absolutely perfect yet it was an easy walk to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. My double room was warm, I really enjoyed it. The service at this countryside hotel was very efficient.

Very comfortable stay in a TRANQUIL hotel. The standard double room was non-smoking, had climate control, fridge and balcony. The snack bar in the venue had plenty of fine wines, beers, juices and coffee throughout the day. Walking distance to the amazing beach.

Comfy location, stunning restaurant, accommodating staff and stylish decor. Big bedroom and reasonably spacious bathroom. I loved having breakfast at the restaurant. The honesty bar was cosy and the drinks were cool.

We had splendid stay and would definitely return. The staff were more than helpful and breakfast was delicious. Picturesque view, a large balcony, good sized bed, too. The in-house restaurant was central with a good choice of meals in the menu.

All in all, it's awesome place. The breakfast staff does a fabulous job. Easy to get to, marvellous location.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel. Well, no privacy in the room.

Great location and service, excellent value for money. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. There's Willowgate Bistro within 5 minutes walk or so, liked their menu. Moreover, it had hotspot internet in public areas.

Close to flamingo land, 10 minutes' walk to pickering train station. We ate at Lazy Sundae, which is only 100 m away, it suited our needs. Rooms were lovely. We really enjoyed white swan inn...
